라는 에러가 톰캣 시작이나 셧다운시 발생하면,

분명 server.xml이나 web.xml 부분에 jdbc 파라미터나,

웹 주소부분이나 파라미터 설정등에 "&"가 들어 있어서 그렇다.

대표적으로는 jdbc 파라미터이다.

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/dbname?characterEncoding=euckr&useOldAliasMetadataBehavior=true

같은 형태이다.

여기서 파라미터를 구분하는 딜리미터로 & 를 사용하는데, 이것은 xml 규칙에 어긋나게 된다.

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/toji?characterEncoding=euckr&useOldAliasMetadataBehavior=true

와 같은 형태로 사용해야 한다.

& 를 & 로 바꾸면 잘 수행된다.
